Devices are received into the ProPolish system by IMEI. Each unit is logged and noted by which side(s) require buffing and polishing.
Devices are processed through our automated buff & polish equipment. Heavy or deep scratches are flagged for approval before additional processing is performed.
Upon completion, an IMEI-level status report is generated. Clients are notified when devices are complete and ready for pick up.
Devices can arrive presorted or unsorted. Cosmetic triage is available to assess and classify units before processing begins.
ProPolish can re-label with a new barcode and re-bag each device upon receipt. Otherwise, existing labels and packaging are used.
New clients begin with a recommended 50-unit trial lot. Come presorted or unsorted — we handle the rest.
Pricing is charged per side, per device — only as needed. ProPolish does not automatically process both sides. You control what gets done.
